One of the most important things to remember when cooking is to keep everything clean. This means washing your hands thoroughly, as well as all of your utensils and surfaces. It’s also important to cook food at the right temperature to avoid bacteria growth.

Learning how to cook:

Basic cooking knowledge is essential for anyone who wants to prepare meals for themselves or others. Here are some key concepts and techniques that are important to know.

Kitchen safety: Before you start cooking, it's important to understand basic kitchen safety principles. This includes knowing how to properly handle and store food, how to safely use kitchen appliances, and how to prevent burns and other injuries.

Knife skills: Proper knife skills are essential for any cook, as they allow you to cut and prepare ingredients quickly and safely. You should know how to properly hold and use a knife, as well as how to choose the right knife for the job.

Easy Cheesy Mac

Three ingredient Mac n Cheese:

for 4 servings
* 5 cups milk
* 1 lb elbow macaroni, dry
* 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

* In a large pot, bring the milk to a boil.
* Add the pasta and stir constantly until the pasta is cooked, about 10 minutes.
* Turn off the heat, then add the cheddar. Stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is evenly coated.
Three ingredient buttered Parmesan corn
for 6 servings
* 6 half ears corn, cleaned, husked
* 2 tablespoons butter, softened
* ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
* salt, to taste
* pepper, to taste
* Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
* Coat each ear of corn in a thin layer of butter and roll in the parmesan cheese to coat.
* Place corn in a square baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
* Bake for 25 minutes.
* Enjoy!

Sweet Chili Salmon

Three ingredient Sweet Chili Salmon
for 3 servings
* 4 oz salmon, 3 fillets
* ½ cup chili sauce
* ¼ cup fresh scallions, chopped

* Preheat oven to 400°F (200˚C).
* In a bowl, mix together the salmon, chili sauce, and the scallions.
* Place the fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spoon any leftover sauce on top of the salmon.
* Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked but still tender.
* Enjoy!
Three Ingredient PeanutButter Cookies

for 25 cookies
* 1 cup peanut butter
* ½ cup sugar
* 1 egg
* Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
* In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg.
* Scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.

Three ingredient Sweet Chili Salmon
for 3 servings
* 4 oz salmon, 3 fillets
* ½ cup chili sauce
* ¼ cup fresh scallions, chopped
For extra decoration and to make them cook more evenly, flatten the cookie balls by pressing a fork down on top of them, then press it down again at a 90º angle to make a criss-cross pattern.
* Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown.

Do not try to shortcut the steps or change the ingredients.-If you are not sure about something, ask a friend or family member who is more experienced in cooking.Don’t:-Don’t try to cook a complicated recipe if you are a beginner. Start with something simple and work your way up.
Don’t be afraid to experiment. Try different ingredients or cooking methods to find what you like best.-Don’t forget to taste and season as you go.
Try to make this recipe using the lessons that you have learned.
Hazelnut Brownies: Three ingredients

* 13 oz chocolate hazelnut spread
* 2 eggs
* ½ cup flour
Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). In a large bowl, combine ingredients.
Transfer mix to square baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes and then carefully cut into squares.

Mashed Potato Buffet


* Potatoes (white or sweet)
* Milk
* Butter
* Salt
* Pepper

Bacon bits, Sour cream, Shredded cheddar cheese, Chopped green onions
Crumbled blue cheese, Chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives)
Grilled or roasted veggies (such as mushrooms or peppers), Sautéed garlic and onions, Grilled chicken or steak, Roasted nuts (such as pecans or walnuts)

1. Cook the potatoes until they're soft and mashable. Drain and mash them with milk, butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
2. Set up the toppings in separate bowls or plates.
3. Serve the mashed potatoes in a large bowl or platter, and let your guests customize their own Martini mashed potato bowls by adding their preferred toppings.

Pepperoni Bagel Pizza Recipe (20 servings):

* 20 plain bagels, sliced in half
* 2 cups pizza sauce
* 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
* 2 cups pepperoni slices
* 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
* Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Arrange the bagel halves on baking sheets, cut-side up.
3. Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
5. Add 2-3 slices of pepperoni to each bagel half.
6. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil over the pepperoni.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Pigs in a Blanket with Turkey Dogs, Cheddar and Puff Pastry Squares
* 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
* 5 turkey hot dogs, sliced in half
* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 10 squares.
3. Place a turkey hot dog half and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese on each square.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the hot dogs are cooked through.

Jalapeno Poppers and
BBQ Chicken Tenders

Jalapeño Poppers with Cream Cheese Wrapped in Bacon
* 10 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
* 10 slices of bacon, cut in half
* 1/2 cup cream cheese
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese.
3. Wrap each jalapeno half with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
4. Place the jalapeno poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
5. Serve and enjoy!
Yield: 5 servings
BBQ Chicken Tenders made by Dipping Chicken Tenders into BBQ then Bread Crumbs
Ingredients:* 10 chicken tenders,* 1/2 cup BBQ sauce,* 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Dip each chicken tender into the BBQ sauce, making sure it's fully coated.
3. Roll the chicken tender in the bread crumbs until fully coated.
4. Place the chicken tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Remove the chicken tenders from the oven and coat with another layer of BBQ sauce.
6. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

How To Prepare A Fruit Platter

* Watermelon
* Cantaloupe
* Honeydew melon

Instructions for creating a fruit platter.
Wash and dry all of the fruit, cut the watermelon and removing the rind, arranging the watermelon wedges, scoop the cantaloupe and honeydew with a melon baller, placing the balls in the spaces between the watermelon wedges, slice and arrange the strawberries, rinse and sprinkle the blueberries, and secure the fruit with toothpicks.
